1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the web hosting services provided by ABC Teck Hosting ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
ABC Teck Hosting provides shared web hosting, email hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related services as described in our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account (or have parental consent).
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to spam, malware distribution, phishing, copyright infringement, and activities that disrupt our infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
5. Payment Terms
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy. We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new accounts. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable. Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed.
6. Service Level Agreement
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for shared hosting services. Scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control are excluded. Compensation for downtime exceeding our SLA is limited to account credit as described in our SLA document.
7. Content & Data
You retain all ownership rights to content you store on our servers. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and serve your content solely for providing the services. We do not review or take responsibility for user-generated content. You must have all necessary rights to content you host.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, you have 30 days to retrieve your data; after that, it is deleted permanently.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABC TECK HOSTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. We are not liable for data loss — you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABC Teck Hosting from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ABC Teck Hosting is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for injunctive relief which may be sought in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide 14 days notice for material changes via email. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
