Questions
Will my price increase at renewal?
No. Your plan renews at the price you signed up at for as long as it remains active, whether you pay monthly or annually. If you change to a different plan, that plan's current price applies from the date of the change.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing costs the equivalent of ten months, so two months are free. Choose monthly or annual billing at checkout.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time. The difference for the rest of your billing period is charged or credited to your account.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts. If you cancel within 30 days of signing up, you receive a full refund under our money-back guarantee.
How do backups work?
Every plan backs up your files, databases and email automatically. Starter: weekly on Sundays, with the four most recent retained. Pro and Business: daily, retained for 14 days. Pro and Business can also create on-demand backups at no charge. Any backup can be downloaded or restored from your dashboard.
What does unmetered bandwidth mean?
We do not limit visitors or charge for traffic. A fair-use threshold protects other sites on the same server: 500 GB per month on Starter, 1 TB on Pro and 2 TB on Business. Typical business sites remain well below these levels, and we will contact you before taking any action.
Do I need to transfer my domain to you?
No. Your domain stays with your current registrar; you only update its nameservers to point to us. Your dashboard shows the exact settings to use.
What platform runs the servers?
Your site runs on servers we operate, managed with Plesk. You never need to use Plesk directly: everything is available in your ABC Teck dashboard.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We will notify you before your site is affected, and you can upgrade to a larger plan at any time.
