We collect server access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp, HTTP status) for security and performance monitoring. Logs are retained for 30 days.
Cookies
We use session cookies for dashboard authentication and a single analytics cookie (no personal data). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

- To send service-critical emails (invoices, downtime alerts, expiry notices)

- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time (this will not affect past processing)

7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive stored data, firewalled server infrastructure, and regular security audits. Despite our efforts, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in your dashboard at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
