Open a ticket from Support tickets in your dashboard. Pick the queue that fits (Support, Billing, Domains or Abuse) so it reaches the right people. We reply in the ticket and email you when we do.

Live chat
Use the chat button on our website or on your Support tickets page. Our assistant answers common questions straight away, and you can ask to talk to a person.
Never share passwords in tickets or chat. Use Secrets instead.
