Every site gets a free SSL certificate, so visitors connect over https and browsers show the padlock.

How it works

You don't need to request it. Once your domain points to our servers, we check it automatically and add the certificate, usually within a few minutes. If you also point the www version of your domain to us, it is covered too.

Certificates renew on their own.

Still not secure?

  • Check that your domain points to us. See Pointing your domain to ABC Teck. DNS changes can take up to 48 hours.
  • The SSL page in your dashboard shows the status of each site.
  • If your site loads images or scripts from http:// addresses, update them to https://.

If it still isn't working after 48 hours, open a support ticket.
